HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP IN ARUBA_PART 6(A) Police Fabricated Declaration

LISTEN to the recording from the cleaning lady that worked as a maid for the Foxy Lady Dancers on a daily basis at HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP IN ARUBA_PART 6 and then read the fraudulent declaration below that was created by two corrupt police officers aka RST agents, JASON SERGIO WENDELL RIDDERSTAAT and GEORGE ANTONIUS DAMMERS.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SET UP (Part 6.) LIVE INTERVIEW

Witness declares “if the Foxy Lady dancers were prisoners than we should all want to be prisoners too like them”

Despite its beautiful location, great weather and great people, Aruba is infamous for its corrupt Dutch Judicial and justice system infecting the island!

After nearly 100 years of the ongoing prostitution of young girls for less than $30USD in the town of San Nicolas….Aruba was added to the Human Trafficking blacklist by the United States.

In a corrupt attempt to remove Aruba from this list and protect its precious tourism, Aruba’s National Coordinator Against Human Trafficking and Deputy Chief of Police, Jeanette Richardson-Baars, along with members of Aruba's Government AVP, Prime Minister Mike Eman, Justice Minister Arthur Dowers, and several members of its corrupt Judicial and Justice system worked together to setup a Human Trafficking case. Jeanette Richardson-Baars used this same case to win an award from the former Secretary of State of the United States, Hillary Clinton, for her efforts in obtaining a Human Trafficking conviction. Little do some know that this same award given by the United States was earned based on a setup and lies spread nationally and internationally by Jeanette Richardson-Baars against an American Citizen.

The world can now hear for itself a live interview with one of the many witnesses in Aruba that know that the Foxy Lady case is nothing more than a setup for personal and political gain!

Listen for yourself as this witness that worked 5 days a week as a maid, cooking and cleaning for the Foxy Lady dancers declares as to what she saw every day. This same witness gave a declaration to the police stating 1. That she saw these witnesses go out every day to the beach, the mall, the internet cafĂ©,  went shopping, take buses and taxis to different locations,  drove rental cars provided for them, and were completely free at all times  2. That all of these women went out ALONE everywhere and without any sort of security 3. That all of the women had telephones of which they used frequently to communicate with their families and friends  4. That she saw and spoke to these women every day and never saw any of them harmed in any way 5. That she witnessed the daily interaction between the Foxy Lady suspects and these women every day and never saw any sort of problem whatsoever 6. That she saw all of these women happy and perfectly content, and so much so that she wished she could live as well as they did 7. That she told the police that if these women are considered prisoners, than she too wished she could be a prisoner under such great living conditions 8. That the police who interrogated her attempted to coerce her against Alex Mathew.

Despite Maria’s in depth account of what she saw everyday …… her declaration was changed by the police officers who made her sign a declaration in Dutch, of which she does not read, speak or understand.  Maria’s declaration was conducted through Aruba’s corrupt system of closed-door interrogations by police agents, Jason Sergio Wendell Ridderstaat and George Antonious Dammers.

This ladies and gentleman is a result of the lack of transparency within police investigations and during witness declarations that are a perfect breeding ground for corruption in Aruba.  All police declarations are conducted behind closed doors and NOT electronically recorded, leaving the police and prosecutors with special interests in any given case completely free to fabricate, change and structure declarations as they see fit and against defendants that they seek to prosecute.

This witness confirms that the Foxy Lady case is nothing more than a setup against Alex Mathew!

NOTE:  When the Police and Prosecutors were asked by the defendants to bring this witness (that lives and works in Aruba to court) ….the prosecutors simply claimed that she cannot be found.

So is this really a human trafficking case? OR is a personal vendetta against Alex Mathew, and a political stunt created for personal and political gain?  +

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP (PART 5.)

The lack of transparency in any system in the world is a breeding ground for corruption and especially in the small Caribbean island of Aruba. Aruba's closed system of justice, allows for mass and uncontrolled corruption, by members of its police force as well as Judges, and Prosecutors with particular interests in a case. Jeanette Richardson-Baars, Aruba's National Coordinator against Human Trafficking, and also wife of Dolfi Richardson, Aruba's Chief of Police, made it very clear that she wished to remove Aruba from the Human Trafficking watch list by obtaining a conviction in the Foxy Lady case.

Months before the defendants in the Foxy Lady trial were even brought to trial, Jeanette Richardson-Baars went out publicly in the media to declare that "they were only waiting for the Judge to give his sentence against Alex Mathew".

The system of allowing police officers and judges to conduct hearings behind closed doors and with no sort of recording systems in place, promotes this level of setups, police misconduct, and police fabricated declarations and witness statements, as well as the manipulation and tempering of evidence against defendants that they seek to prosecute.

Despite its white-sand beaches, cooling trade winds and warm, friendly people, Aruba's image is undermined by the severe and well known corruption and lack of justice sweeping the island. As Dutch Politician Hero Brinkman stated....Aruba is corrupt as hell and all Dutch politicians know this. http://youtu.be/N6k-ohRQ364

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP (PART 4)

STOP THE CORRUPTION!!! On November 15, 2013 Aruba reached it's first ever human trafficking conviction under pressure from the United States to combat a crime that they have continuously overlooked and even profited from. Jeanette Richardson-Baars, Aruba's Deputy Police Commissioner, along with Aruban police and Public Prosecutors office worked together for over 3 years seeking to build a case against Alex Mathew, the person who continuously spoke out and went against their continued corruption on the island & and the only club NOT participating in the ongoing prostitution of young girls for less then $30 USD in the town of San Nicolas, Aruba. It is a fact that in the Foxy Lady case, witnesses were coerced, evidence was hidden, and witness statements were fabricated and changed by the police, all in an attempt to build a case against Alex Mathew and an American tourist.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SET UP IN ARUBA (PART. 3)

The Foxy Lady Human Trafficking case is another prime example of the ongoing Judicial, Justice and Government corruption infecting the island of Aruba! The corruption by the Aruban Government, Dutch Prosecutors and Dutch Judge Joop Drop are evident in this case. They have launched a bogus case against the defendants in the Foxy Lady case, by claiming that professional dancers were misled, while this is the very crime that they, the Aruban Government and members of the Judicial and Justice system in Aruba have been doing for years. For decades they have allowed illegal prostitution in the town of San Nicolas, and profited millions from this crime. It is also a fact that the Government office of Aruba, known as the DIMAS, covers this up by withholding all written proof that this crime is taking place in San Nicolas, Aruba;  and falsely misrepresenting the function of work that these girls will carry out in Aruba, and that in the end is hard core prostitution of young and disadvantaged girls for a mere $28 USD.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP IN ARUBA (PART 2.)

The Dutch prosecutors of Aruba along with Aruba's Deputy police commissioner Jeanette Richardson-Baars, the police and Dutch Judges have conspired on the Foxy Lady case, with the ultimate goal of reaching a conviction and to remove Aruba from the Human Trafficking blacklist that the United States had placed the island on! Months before Alex Mathew was detained, the police enlisted strip dancers from the Foxy Lady nightclub to assist them in setting up a case against the Mathew's. Witnesses have given declarations attesting to the fact that there was a setup being constructed by the police and the club's dancers. Other witnesses have testified to their statements being changed by the police. Furthermore witness statements are conducted behind closed doors together with the police, and are NOT recorded or monitored, creating a perfect breeding ground for tampering of evidence and witness statements, police setups against defendants they seek to prosecute. This blatant form of corruption is rampant on the island as there is no transparency within the Dutch Judicial and Justice system in Aruba.

Human Trafficking Setup in Aruba

HUMAN TRAFFICKING SETUP IN ARUBA (PART 1)

Bogus and fabricated charges have been publicized in the Amigoe newspaper regarding the Foxy Lady case with intent to publicly convict the defendants in this case. It is clear that the statements and charges made in the Amigoe newspaper are false, yet the Dutch prosecutors of Aruba along with Aruba's Deputy police commissioner Jeanette Richardson-Baars, the police and Dutch Judges  have conspired on the Foxy Lady case, with the ultimate goal of reaching a conviction to remove Aruba for the Human Trafficking blacklist that the United States had placed the island on!

DUTCH JUDGES CAUGHT CHEATING IN ARUBA!

Dutch Judges caught cheating!!! Corruption within Auba's Judicial Court system is rampant. Dutch Judges are committing gross human rights violations within Aruba's corrupt judicial/court system, leaving people, including tourists and Arubans, with little to no recourse for justice. This video discloses the blatant abuse of power being committed by Dutch Judges on the island of Aruba and in the Foxy Lady case . Court sessions are NOT video or audio recorded leaving the Judges and Prosecutors totally free to do as they please in order to achieve their desired results and special interests. Further, without a proper recording system in place defendants in legal cases, stand very little chance of a fair and proper trial in Appeal, as crucial case information are NOT documented.

Millions stolen by:

Aruba’s Prosecutors

The Public Prosecutors office of Aruba and the RST (police), stole money from the Foxy Lady club when they raided this business on August 5th, 2010. They went to the Foxy Lady and then returned again to the club unsupervised, and stole an enormous amount of money from the business (the Foxy Lady).

When the Attorneys from the Foxy Lady brought forth the fact that money had been stolen from the club, the Public Prosecutors office of Aruba and the RST decided to patch up tiny pieces of what they stole and all of a sudden claimed to have only found about 15,000 AFl.

On numerous occasions the Public Prosecutors office of Aruba has stated that the Foxy Lady club is NOT under any sort of investigation and can run its normal business operation as it pleases; YET the head Prosecutor of Aruba, Peter Blanken, notified Attorney John Zara at approximately 1:15 P.M. today, March 25th, 2013, that they will NOT return any of the money they have in possession from the Foxy Lady.

This is exactly how the Public Prosecutors office of Aruba operates in numerous cases; they steal money from people and businesses and keep it for themselves.

The members of the Public Prosecutors office of Aruba that have knowledge of this ongoing scam and continuous theft by the Public Ministry office of Aruba are: head Prosecutor Peter Blanken, Prosecutor Elivia Elvira Lugo, Prosecutor Vreneli Vreeling, Prosecutor Frans van Deutekom, and Prosecutor Jaap Zondervan. There are also Judges in the First Instance Court of Aruba, including Judge Monique L. Yarzagaray, Judge H. Mol, Judge E. M. Deborah Angela, Judge Hans de Boer and Vice President of the court Judge Jack Verhoeven, that are all aware of this as well and whom are supporting these corrupt acts done by the Prosecutors office of Aruba.

MISSING BOY IN ARUBA!!!

NEGLIGENCE
GOVERNMENT REFUSES TO LAUNCH A MAJOR SEARCH
To help, please call Militza at 660-4045

Did the Aruban Coast Guard deliberately neglect a young boy that was in need of help?
Is the Aruban media trying to cover up...AGAIN?

Arubans please help! Please help this young boy! You all know that this young boy is being discriminated against and treated unequal. This family is now having to collect money for fuel to go out to sea and conduct their own search, as they too think that foul play may be involved.

The Aruban Government fails once again to launch a  major search immediately. One would think that they would have learned from their mistakes in the past.

Arubans show that we can stand together and help one of our own!

Please note: Rumors are that the Coast Guard did something to him. The Coast Guards had problems with him in the past. I hope they do find him safe and sound, to rule this possibility out.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST TO HELP BRING GIORINO LEER HOME!

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DONATE TO HELP THE SEARCH CALL 660-4045

CHILD PSYCHIATRIST SPEAKS OUT

AGAINST CORRUPTION IN ARUBA  &

ITS FAILED JUSTICE SYSTEM

Snipped......

Rita spent two years in Aruba fighting as a Child and Adolescent psychiatrist for the rights of children. She returned to the Netherlands in 2010, as she couldn’t achieve her goals because of a wide spread corruption. Leaving a large clientele behind, she felt compelled to write this book.

Aruba One happy island, is a dream of sun, sea, and white beaches. In 2008, the Netherlands offered me the opportunity of a childhood dream: working and living on a Caribbean island. I immigrated to Aruba with my two youngest children as a single mother.

The first months while I was there, I enjoyed working as a child psychiatrist with my youthful, multicultural clientele. When I saw for the first time a child with post-traumatic stress disorder after sexual abuse, I acted according to the guidelines of the Dutch protocol for medical doctors. I soon realized that I was bumping against invisible walls. I didn’t understand why this was, so I just continued my work. In 2009 and 2010, the media focused more and more on the theme of sexual abuse of minors. It became clear that police reports were not being processed, files disappeared, and victims were not protected by the government.

Only after a year I understood that the Dutch protocol against child abuse was not applied in Aruba. In Aruba, no physician—with some brave exceptions—broke his medical confidentiality when it came to an abused child. Colleagues feared reprisals and imprisonment.

I stood alone, looking for help from the Aruban government. The Minister of Social Affairs, Michelle Hooyboer-Winklaar, and the Minister of Health, Richard Visser, supported me. The Minister of Justice and Education, Arthur Dowers, said he understood but didn’t take action. Minister Michelle Hooyboer-Winklaar involved UNICEF and the Dutch AMK, and did everything to introduce the Dutch protocol against child abuse and the obligation to report child abuse (Meld code), but did not succeed in doing so.

I got the distinct feeling that the police sided with the perpetrators, and I didn’t feel safe anymore. As the only child psychiatrist in Aruba, without the support of a strong team, I was too vulnerable. In the winter of 2010, I left Aruba with my children and three dogs and returned to the Netherlands.

Because I left behind a large clientele and feel that something urgent must be done for the children in Aruba in protecting them from further abuse, I decided to write this book.
