JUDGE DISCRIMINATE 

ATTORNEY ZARA

Attorney John F. M. Zara is not allowed to enter the prison facility KIA/ICN.

The case of the KIA detainees vs. The Government of Aruba, and which should be heard publicly is now being attended to within the walls of the prison facility itself.  

The Judge attending this case, has banned Attorney Zara from being present at these hearings.

In fact Attorney Zara is not even allowed to attend as a public spectator to view these hearings.

NO LAWYER CAN LOOSE A CASE LIKE THIS

One must remember that:

-ATTORNEY ZARA HAS 140 PRISONERS FROM KIA THAT HAVE ASKED HIM TO REPRESENT THEM LEGALLY.

-ATTORNEY ZARA HAS WON A CASE AGAINST THIS FACILITY IN THE PAST.

-ATTORNEY ZARA IS THE FIRST ATTORNEY TO FILE A LAWSUTI AGAINST THIS PRISON FACILITY (KIA/ICN).

-ATTORNEY ZARA IS THE ONLY ATTORNEY IN ARUBA TO OPENLY STATE THE FACT THAT THE JUDGES IN ARUBA ARE ACTING/BEING CORRUPT.

Could this be reason why Attorney Zara is being Sabotaged…Boycotted… Discriminated Against?
